Sign-Ups

Wednesday, June 6
7 - 8:30p.m.
at Ephrata Rec Center

Boys ages 8 -14 (age determined as of Sept. 1, 2012)
weighing up to 155 lbs. are eligible.

Age and weight combinations are:
D TEAM - 8 yr. olds & 1st year 9 yr. olds up to 95 lbs.
C TEAM - 8 to 10 yr. olds up to 115 lbs.
B TEAM - 8 to 12 yr. olds up to 135 lbs.
A TEAM - 8 to 14 yr. olds up to 155 lbs.

Football Helpers

We need more parent volunteers for this upcoming season and year. If you are interested in helping out with one or more of these items, contact the Board Member that is in charge that committee. (Examples: You think you can be the next John Madden and would love to announce during the JV games, contact Kelly. You are shocked that your kid bought 5 Mountain Dews during the last Rec Dance, contact Nikki about working the dances.)

Kelly's Committee - Game Day
*Announcing JV games - Setting up and returning the sound system and announcing the games for the D, JV-C, and/or JV-B games
*Clock during games - Running the clock for the D, JV-C, and/or JV-B games
*Front gate - Coordinating volunteers to collect admission and program donations before the games

Dwight's Committee - Field & Snack Bar
*Set up field - Setting up field markers before the D game
*Tear down field - Putting away all the field markers after the JV-B games
*Chain gang - Coordinating chain gangs for the games
*Tri-Scrimmage - Help organize the food stands for the Tri-Scrimmage

Nikki's Committee - Everything Else
*Announcing Varsity games - For the D, C, and/or B games at The War
*Clock during games - Running the clock for the D, C, and/or B games
*Rosters for away games - Take rosters for the JV teams for away games
*Pizza Fundraisers - Collect and sort pizza orders
*Merchandise - Collect and distribute orders and come up with new merchandise ideas
*Programs/Patron Ads - Collect patron ads and business ads for the program
*Banquet - Coordinate the banquet
*Rec Dances - Purchase supplies and get volunteers to work the rec dances
*Fourth of July Parking - Collect money before the 4th of July fireworks
*Emails - Updating parents with important information via email
*Website - Updating the website with important information
